Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Visibly (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Visibly is an AI-citation monitoring tool. It queries large language model APIs (such as OpenAI GPT-4o) on your behalf and reports whether your brand is cited in responses to your tracked keywords. Citation data is generated by third-party AI services and is inherently probabilistic — results may vary between queries. We make no guarantee that any specific brand will or will not be cited.

• You must provide an accurate email address and keep your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You may not share your account or use the Service on behalf of others without their consent.
• Accounts are for one organisation or brand portfolio. Contact us for multi-seat arrangements.

• Access to the Service requires an active paid subscription, billed via LemonSqueezy.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or annual, depending on the plan you select) until cancelled.
• Prices are listed in USD on the pricing page and may change with at least 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.
• You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction. LemonSqueezy may collect VAT or sales tax on our behalf where required.

• Cancel anytime. You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Your access continues uninterrupted until the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged again.
• 14-day refund window for new subscribers. If you are dissatisfied with the Service, contact us at markorakovicwork@gmail.com within 14 days of your first paid charge and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. This applies once per account.
• No partial-month refunds after the 14-day window. Outside the initial refund window, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and we do not issue prorated refunds for unused time.
• Annual plans. Annual subscriptions are eligible for the same 14-day refund window from the date of first purchase or annual renewal. After 14 days, the annual fee is non-refundable; cancelling stops the next annual renewal.
• Statutory rights. Nothing in this section limits any refund rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
• Chargebacks. If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate misleading or fraudulent citation data for deceptive purposes.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate requests to the Service beyond normal usage.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls.
• Input content designed to manipulate AI engine responses in ways that violate those engines' terms of service.

The Service and its underlying code, design, and documentation are owned by the operator. You retain ownership of the brand names, keywords, and data you input. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process that input data solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.

Citation results are generated by calling third-party AI APIs (currently OpenAI). These services may change, become unavailable, or modify their outputs without notice. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party AI responses. AI citation data is descriptive of current model behaviour, not a guarantee of future behaviour.

The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Belgrade, Serbia.
